Can I over supplement my diet?

Every day I take: A vitamin B12 capsule; 15 grams of spirulina; 2 multi trace minerals (organically sourced); vital greens "super green" powder (http://www.vitalgreens.com/docs/vital_greens_ingredients.pdf); a tablespoon of Lifestream Calcium (http://www.lifestream.co.nz/Products/Lifestream-Natural-Calcium/MenuId/27.aspx); a tablespoon of flaxseed meal; a tablespoon of sunflower oil and a teaspoon of kelp.

Can I be over supplementing my diet?
Is there any risk to over supplementation?

    Yes you are and yes there are.
    The nutrients we get from our food is much much more beneficial to the body than any supplements.
    Unless your doctor has recommended any one of them for a specific reason they are probably superfluous as long as you eat a balanced diet.

    It sounds like you currently are. and it can cause damage to your liver and kidneys.

    Over doin it…can ruin it.

    You….may need more "fat" "sodium" or "good cholesterol" in your diet than anything else on your list.
